About The Event
As the bank holiday weekend comes to a close, we’re inviting you to slow down with us for a special sunset gathering in Victoria Park 🌅✨
Join Matti & Tarin (from Yoga in the Stars) for an evening of gentle 60 minute yin-inspired practise as the sun sets over the park. This is less about “doing yoga perfectly” and more about arriving exactly as you are — breathing deeply, stretching out the stress of the week and sharing beautiful energy with lovely humans.
Expect a soft, nourishing flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect and reset your nervous system, alongside live ambient sounds and musicians creating the soundtrack to the evening. We’ll be hanging out before class, staying for sunset after, and creating space for chats, connection, laughter and community throughout ❤️
